About
Founder & CEO
Nour built her career where data meets the operation. She led the digital and innovation transformation of demand forecasting at Martin Brower, the supply chain partner of McDonald's, across Australia and New Zealand, lifting forecast accuracy above 93% and cutting waste by 40% across more than 1,700 restaurant locations and distribution centres. She then helped take that same intelligence into the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Canada, localising it to each market's operation and needs. Four markets taught her one lesson: world-class systems do not travel by copy and paste. And from the inside, she saw where even the best systems fell short. They optimised the numbers, but they did not fully understand the operation on the ground or the needs of the local market. That gap is why she founded Eight Eight Smart Chain in Qatar, to build intelligence that reads the operation and the market it serves, and to build it for the GCC, not import it from somewhere else.
Eight Eight Smart Chain is registered in Qatar and built specifically for the region. The platform spans F&B, e-commerce, agriculture, automotive, and healthcare, three sectors at the centre of Qatar's National Vision 2030 goals of food security, digital economic transformation, and waste reduction. We connect the demand signal to the farm and the factory so the entire chain plans together.
